Biosketch
Dr. Ilija Arar is an associate professor in the department of foundational sciences at the Northeast College of Health Sciences and has spent his professional life preparing students for a career in healthcare. While his focus is mainly the instruction of pathology, he is equally sure-footed in the anatomical sciences, education, and critical evaluation of research and has instructed courses in multiple programmatic offerings at Northeast. He received his education McMaster University with a Bachelor’s in Biology, Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College, and a Master of Science in College Science Teaching from Syracuse University. He is an avid gardener, cook, and enjoys any activity that allows him to swing a hammer.
