Karen Zannini Bull is the Dean of the Division of Online Learning at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Previously, she served as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Online Programs at University College of Syracuse University. Professor Bull teaches ITP5110, ITP5120 and ITP5135 for the MSHAPI program at Northeast College of Health Sciences. Prior to her appointment at Syracuse University, Bull served two roles at Onondaga Community College; the Assistant Director of Distance Education from 2010-2012 and the Director of Program Evaluation from 2012-2013. Dr. Bull holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from the School of Education at Syracuse University. She holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from the University of Maine at Orono, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Allegheny College.
