A diagnostic medical sonographer works directly with patients and imaging technology to provide vital ultrasounds to aid doctors in treatment and healthcare. If you have a passion for helping patients, Northeast College's associate degree in diagnostic medical sonography provides a hands-on education for you to master the technology and skills that lead to a rewarding career.
Requirements for Admission.
Applications received by February 1 will be given priority consideration. Applications received after February 1 will be reviewed on a space-available basis.
- Submit an application with a letter of recommendation.
- Have completed and passed high school and/or college courses in biology and algebra.
- Submit transcripts (high school and any post-secondary/college transcripts).
- Interview with Program Director is required.
