Northeast College of Health Sciences recently welcomed alumni, students, faculty and friends back to the Seneca Falls Campus for Alumni Weekend 2025, a three-day celebration of connection, education and College pride.

Chiropractic talk and instruction

Held Oct. 3–5, this year’s Alumni Weekend brought together healthcare’s best and brightest to share knowledge, advance practice and inspire the next generation of healthcare leaders. Attendees heard from 18 speakers, including keynote presenter Dr. Rick Rosa (D.C. ’96, M.S. ’25), chair of the Northeast College Board of Trustees and a nationally recognized authority in sports recovery. The lineup also featured nine distinguished Northeast alumni and four faculty and staff members who shared expertise across a range of professional topics.

Expert Speakers Advancing Healthcare Education

Dr. Rosa’s keynote drew on his 25-plus years in sports recovery, including work with elite athletes and his evidence-based framework, The Six Pillars of Sports Recovery, now taught in graduate programs nationwide. His message encouraged attendees to push the boundaries of healthcare through evidence-informed approaches and interprofessional collaboration.

Over the three-day event, attendees participated in a robust lineup of continuing education sessions led by accomplished professionals in healthcare, including leaders in chiropractic and nutrition. Expert presenters shared clinical insights, research updates and practical tools to enhance evidence-informed care across disciplines. Educational offerings spanned chiropractic technique, sports recovery, functional nutrition, medical compliance, rehabilitation, ethics and leadership, with many sessions eligible for continuing education credit in most states.
