Northeast College Board of Trustees Holds Spring 2025 Meeting
SENECA FALLS, N.Y. - The Northeast College of Health Sciences Board of Trustees convened for its Spring 2025 meeting on Friday, June 20, welcoming members both in-person on the College’s Seneca Falls Campus and virtually from around the country.
During the meeting, the Board reviewed and approved the College’s operating budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Trustees also received updates from College leaders and committee chairs, highlighting recent academic, operational and strategic accomplishments.
The June meeting also marked the conclusion of official Board service for longtime trustee and Vice Chair Mr. Tim Brown, who has served with distinction. Board Chair Dr. Rick Rosa (D.C. ’96) noted, “It has been an honor to serve alongside Tim. His steady leadership and commitment to the College’s mission have made a tremendous difference.”
Trustee Dr. Julie Scarano (D.C. ‘09) was named as the new Board vice chair, and Dr. David Bennett (D.C. ’04) joined the executive committee. The Board also elected a new Trustee, Dr. Louis Crivelli II, who will officially join the Board at its October 2025 meeting.
As well, the Board welcomed Ms. Tenneille Brewer, executive secretary to the College president, as the new secretary to the Board of Trustees. Brewer will support Board operations and communications going forward. Dr. Louis Crivelli II.
Following the full day of committee and business meetings, members of the College administration and Board, along with invited guests, gathered for an evening dinner where another special event was celebrated: the 96th birthday of Dr. Kenneth Padgett. Dr. Padgett served as the College’s president from 1989 to 2000 and remains a respected leader and advocate for Northeast.
