SENECA FALLS, N.Y. - – The Northeast College of Health Sciences Board of Trustees convened for its Spring 2026 meeting on Friday, June 26, welcoming trustees online and on the College’s Seneca Falls Campus.

The meeting included updates from College leadership, faculty and staff on institutional initiatives, academic programs, enrollment, marketing activities and strategic priorities. Trustees also reviewed and approved the College’s operating budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.

The June meeting also marked the first Board of Trustees meeting for Dr. Dolores Cottrell, DDS, MSHA, who was welcomed as the Board’s newest member earlier this year.

Cottrell brings extensive leadership experience in healthcare regulation, public health and clinical practice. She previously served as executive secretary for the New York State Board for Chiropractic and held the same role for the state boards for dentistry and optometry. A licensed dentist, Cottrell has also held leadership positions in dental and public health, including serving as dental director of the Anthony Jordan Health Center in Rochester, N.Y., and assistant director of the New York State Oral Health Technical Assistance Center.
