SENECA FALLS, N.Y. — The Northeast College of Health Sciences’ Board of Trustees convened for its Winter 2026 meeting on Friday, March 6, 2026. The meeting was held on Northeast’s main campus in Seneca Falls, New York, with Board Chair Dr. Rick Rosa (D.C. ’96, M.S. ’25) and members of the College’s senior leadership team attending in person. All other members of the Board of Trustees participated virtually.

The board meeting included regular updates from College leadership, faculty and staff on institutional initiatives, academic programs, enrollment and marketing activities, and strategic priorities for the coming year.

Board Welcomes New Trustee

During the meeting, the board welcomed Dr. Dolores Cottrell, D.D.S., MSHA, as its newest member. 

Dr. Cottrell brings extensive leadership experience in health care regulation, public health and clinical practice. She previously served as executive secretary for the New York State Board for Chiropractic and held the same role for the state boards for dentistry and optometry. A licensed dentist, Dr. Cottrell has also held several leadership positions in dental and public health, including serving as dental director of the Anthony Jordan Health Center in Rochester, New York, and assistant director of the New York State Oral Health Technical Assistance Center.

Members of the Northeast Board of Trustees bring deep experience across several key areas of professional expertise, including health sciences, education, financial management and marketing. The board convenes three times each year to meet with senior leadership of the college and is dedicated to supporting the mission, values and strategic success of the institution.
