Northeast College of Health Sciences is pleased to announce its new partnership with food service management company Hallmark Management Services.

Student, faculty and staff input led to the College initiating a 2022 search for a new dining partner, and Northeast selected Hallmark to help expand and evolve dining services on its Seneca Falls campus. Two new campus dining locations, The ABC Café (which stands for Administration Building Café) and 43 North, (named after its latitudinal coordinate) and both will be available this Spring.

“We are excited to bring full-dining services back to campus,” said Northeast College President Dr. Michael Mestan. “After receiving feedback from our students and hearing what is important to them, we knew Hallmark was the right partner to ensure a student dining experience to meet the dietary needs and wants of our diverse community.”

About the eateries.

The ABC Café will offer a wide variety of fresh, healthy foods, including made-to-order salads, rotating entrees  and options from the grill. The 43 North menu will include coffee and hot beverages, grab-and-go options, hot food like breakfast sandwiches, and custom smoothies.

For more than 50 years, Hallmark has specialized in campus dining and working to meet the ever-changing needs of college students. The food service company will partner with Northeast to customize its menu for the College community while providing great tasting and healthy meals and snacks.

New dining options.

A new and innovative way to provide convenient options to students, an on-campus grocery service will also be offered by Hallmark. Community members will be able to use Campus Cash dining dollars to purchase food staples such as milk, eggs, pasta and fresh produce to be picked up right on site. The customized Go Get app will also allow students to pre-order meals or takeout for quick pick-up.

In addition, the new Eco-to-Go container exchange program allows students to take meals to go and still be environmentally responsible. The program will provide students with reusable to-go containers to help them transport their meals. Those containers can then be exchanged for cleaned and sanitized replacements each order.

These new campus dining options will be available May 1, 2023. Learn more about dining at Northeast College.
