New York Chiropractic College is pleased to announce that it has recently become a member of the new RAND Center for Collaborative Research in Complementary and Integrative Health.

The RAND Center is a collaboration between the RAND Corporation and institutions that train complementary and integrative health (CIH) practitioners. NYCC is one of its first ten partnering member institutions.

NYCC joins the initiative as a dedicated educator of natural healthcare professionals and brings a long history of embracing interprofessional collaboration, said NYCC President Dr. Michael Mestan. "We are looking forward to being a part of this collaborative and working in tandem with so many other experts in healthcare research," Dr. Mestan added.

The collaboration provides a platform for complimentary healthcare institutions and professionals to leverage the research infrastructure at the RAND Corporation and work together in support of collectively beneficial health policy.
