SENECA FALLS, N.Y. – The Northeast College of Health Sciences Board of Trustees held its Fall 2025 meeting on Friday, Oct. 17, welcoming trustees to the College’s Seneca Falls Campus and online.

During the meeting, trustees heard presentations from Faculty Senate President Dr. Chad Warshel and Vice President Dr. Laura Passamonte, as well as from Student Government Association executive Darby McNamara (D.C. ’26). Board members also received updates on key institutional initiatives and College priorities.

This meeting marked the first for the College’s newest trustee, Dr. Louis S. Crivelli, D.C., M.S., FICC, of Crofton, Md. Dr. Crivelli is president of the Maryland Chiropractic Association, where he has also served as board chair and vice president and was named Chiropractor of the Year in 2016, 2018 and 2019. He is the Maryland delegate to the American Chiropractic Association and the immediate past chair of the Clinical Compass, where he co-authored national clinical practice guidelines on neck pain, low back pain, chronic pain and health promotion. A lifetime fellow of the International College of Chiropractors, Dr. Crivelli also serves on multiple national committees and research initiatives dedicated to advancing evidence-based chiropractic education and practice.

The Board also welcomed guest Mr. Tim Brown, a longtime trustee and former Board vice-chair who completed his service in June 2025. Brown was recognized for his many contributions to both the Board and the College during his years of dedicated service.

The next meeting of the Northeast College Board of Trustees is scheduled for March 2026.

The members of the Northeast Board of Trustees each bring deep experience in several diverse, key areas of professional expertise, including health sciences, education, financial management and marketing. The Board convenes three times a year to meet with senior leadership of the College and is collectively dedicated to supporting the mission, values and strategic success of the College.
