Find your home at Northeast College. Our on-campus housing options provide an affordable, comfortable and convenient living experience. Live in the heart of campus and classes, labs, health centers, fitness facilities, libraries, dining centers and grocery pickup are always just steps away.

As of Fall 2023, the cost of single-style on-campus housing is just $1590 per 15-week trimester. When combined with the College’s meal plan, that comes out to just $623 per month for both room and on-campus dining – exceptionally cost-effective, considering similar living costs around the country (even in the College’s immediate region) can cost $1000/month or more.*

Pre-Furnished.

Campus residences are move-in ready and feature all the furnishings you need to feel at home.

Utilities and High-Speed Internet.

Simplify your life and save money with high speed internet and all utilities included in the cost of on-campus living.

Kitchen Facilities.

Each building features kitchen facilities for student use. Private storage cupboards are available for each suite's residents.

Laundry Facilities.

Laundry facilities are available in each building.

Recreation Rooms.

Recreation rooms are available in each building. These shared spaces contain ping-pong tables, pool tables and other items for resident use.

Cars and Parking On Campus.

Students may have cars on campus and are required to register their vehicle with the College. There is ample parking for resident students in lots adjacent to each complex. Campus residents who have visiting guests can request a temporary parking permit via Security.

  • Huron Hall: Huron Hall offers single rooms with a shared suite lounge as well as a shared full-building lounge. This is a special-interest building designated as a 24-hour quiet hall for those who prefer an atmosphere more conducive to studying.
  • Mohawk Hall: Mohawk Hall offers a blend of family and single-student housing.
  • Onondaga Hall: Onondaga Hall offers single rooms with a shared suite lounge as well as a shared full-building lounge.
  • Tuscarora Hall: Tuscarora Hall also offers single rooms with a shared suite lounge as well as a shared full-building lounge.

Northeast’s food service partners at Hallmark Management Services provide fresh, made-to-order meals and an on-campus grocery pickup service.
