Northeast College Welcomes Students to Fall 2021 Trimester

Northeast College of Health Sciences welcomed new and returning students to the Fall 2021 Trimester. Students in the Doctor of Chiropractic Program began classes in-person on the Seneca Falls, N.Y. campus on Sept. 8, the same day students in the 100% online nutrition and human anatomy and physiology instruction master’s degree programs started studies virtually.

The highly contagious COVID-19 Delta variant is causing an increase in COVID cases among both unvaccinated and vaccinated individuals, and our region is not exempt from this rising infection rate. Seneca County, as well as the regions around our Depew and Levittown health centers, have recently been classified areas of "substantial" virus transmission by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

Northeast College, Saint John Fisher College Announce 4+3 Program

Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College) and St. John Fisher College have announced a 4+3 program which will allow qualified students majoring in biology at Fisher an opportunity to earn both their undergraduate and doctoral degrees in seven years, while minimizing the cost of their education.

Northeast College Students Help Community, Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity

Students at Northeast College of Health Sciences are called to heal and transform lives. Often, they achieve that treating patients in a health center setting. But it can happen in other ways, too, as demonstrated when Northeast chiropractic students volunteered on Oct. 9 to help build a home through Habitat for Humanity of Seneca County. 

Northeast and Temple University’s New Partnership Provides Guaranteed Pathway to Doctor of Chiropractic Program

Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College) and Temple University have announced a new educational partnership. Together, the institutions have established an articulated program agreement provides a seamless pathway for Temple's College of Public Health students majoring in health professions, kinesiology, exercise and sport science, biology, biochemistry, chemistry, and natural sciences students in the College of Science and Technology to gain guaranteed admission in Northeast College's in-demand Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) program, if they meet a GPA requirement. 

Northeast College Board Meets, Welcomes New Trustee

The Northeast College of Health Sciences Board of Trustees welcomed a new trustee at its Fall 2021 meeting, as well as celebrated the service of its outgoing secretary. The Board also conducted additional business, including approving an honorary degree to be awarded during an upcoming commencement ceremony.
